The Journey Margaret River offers intimate, personalised wine tours led by Mo, who brings more than 25 years of wine and hospitality experience. Every tour is completely customised around your preferences, with a maximum of seven guests ensuring genuine personal attention throughout the day.
Tours can include established wineries, smaller family wineries where you’ll meet the winemakers, cellar door tastings, vineyard walks and winery restaurants.
With personal connections to local producers and deep knowledge of both wine and food pairings, each itinerary is thoughtfully planned around what suits your group. Pickup and drop-off available from Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton, and Yallingup.

Private Wine Tour in Margaret River
Every tour with The Journey Margaret River is completely customised around your group. You choose the wineries, the pace and the style of day you would like. Whether that means structured tastings at well regarded estates, smaller family wineries where you will meet the winemakers themselves, a long lunch with vineyard views or a mix of all three, Mo will plan the itinerary around what suits you.
Drawing on more than 25 years of food and wine experience and deep knowledge of the Margaret River region, he will guide you toward the producers, wines and experiences that match your tastes, including hidden gems most visitors never find.
A full-day tour runs from approximately 10:00am to 5:00pm and typically includes several winery visits and a lunch stop. Before the day, Mo will talk through your preferences and plan accordingly. All winery bookings and logistics are handled for you.
Door-to-door pickup and drop-off is included from Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton and Yallingup. Travel in a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle with room for up to seven guests and feel free to play your own music along the way.

The day includes visits to three of Margaret River’s most celebrated estates:
• Cullen Wines — guided walk through the spiral garden and private flagship tasting including Kevin John Chardonnay and Diana Madeline Cabernet Sauvignon
• Vasse Felix — Icon range tasting, visit to the historic vault and art gallery
• Five course tasting menu with matched Icon wines at the Vasse Felix Restaurant
• Howard Park — Icons wine flight featuring Abercrombie and Allingham
This is the best of the best, a fully private experience with no shared groups. The pace is relaxed, flexible and tailored to the guest on the day.
