The North Bundaberg Story Walk is a locative storytelling and local history project.

North Bundaberg’s history and its residents’ memories have been captured and preserved as short, digital narratives that can be enjoyed in situ throughout the suburb as a walking trail or as individual stories.

Each marker on the map indicated the location or a QR (Quick Response) code that connects the digitised story with the physical location it features.

QR codes are unique barcodes that can be read with free software called QR Readers. QR Readers can be downloaded onto your smartphone or Iplad through your App store. Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code on the Story Walk card and listen to the story.
