Bungala Cottage has been completely renovated and looks stunning. This 3 bedroom home has open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out onto large deck overlooking the Bungala River, complete with BBQ and furniture for an alfresco feeling.
The deck will lead you directly down to the Bungala River bank, which makes it easy for kayaking and river fishing. There is also a second separate living area upstairs with a balcony. The large windows have captured every view from the beach, hills, golf course and Bungala River.
The home has a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. TV/DVD/surround sound, R/C air conditioning. Two bedrooms and new bathroom are located downstairs, while upstairs has the third bedroom and 2nd new bathroom.
Definitely the holiday home you have been dreaming about and all within a 2 minute walking distance of the beautiful Normanville Beach and Jetty and 5 minutes walk to the town centre.
