For almost 40 years they’ve been redefining Australian premium sparkling wine, transforming it, demystifying it, and perfecting it. Clover Hill is one of Australia’s very few premium sparkling houses solely producing sparkling wines in the traditional method. They have adopted an anchoring multi-vintage philosophy: a single-minded dedication to crafting wines of perennial consistency and complexity.
