Our ‘Lilypad’ is compact for those who are travelling lite and want a room with a view and internet. An upstairs room as in the pictures. Separate from the farmhouse but close and connected by the roof. Designated bathroom and shower is downstairs. The downstairs area is also our ‘Pantry’ where we sell stuff from 10am to 4pm. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. Desk but No kitchen sink. Also smart tv with utube. It has it’s own entry and keybox. We are 1km from the village.

Built in the style of an old barn, blending traditional and contemporary we intended to bring you an environmentally sensitive retreat with soul. Absorbing winter sun and protected from the summer rays the design includes double glazing and air-conditioning so a comfortable temperature can be maintained. Feature pieces of furniture, polished wooden floors and pared back décor create a simple space for you to enjoy.

Practical and affordable it has a large kitchen stove with gas hob, full size fridge and good storage for 2-4 day stays. An 8kg top loading washing machine and outdoor drying facility help you to feel at home .

Open plan sleeping in the large bedroom area with queen sized and matching twin beds, All linen is provided. Earplugs are available 😉

Large private garden with seating and toddler swing under the shade of one hundred year old sycamore trees.

There are some mobility features including hand rail and ramp access. The shower is rimless and inside floors are step free but a small step to the decks and gravel may present problems for older style wheel chairs.
