From The Fish Shop and Beyond is an exhibition of sculptures by Robert Liston.
Robert Liston built his studio in Maryborough just before the Covid lockdowns and named it his fish shop, defying the idea that people couldn’t go fishing in lockdown.
The fish and robots in this exhibition are created from recycled bits and bobs. In Liston’s eyes, so-called junk destined for the tip is transformed into objects of humour and beauty.
