Batchelor Butterfly Farm
A drive through Litchfield is full of contrasts and some of the most enormous termite mounds in the Top End. Cabin, camping and caravan sites are within a short drive of the park gates.
To stop in and experience Batchelor Butterfly Farm and the wonderful Animal Petting zoo. From here, wind your way into a scenic 15minute drive into Litchfield park for your ultimate Litchfield adventure!

Litchfield Park Adventures, a locally owned business with twenty years of experience guiding in the Top End of Australia, offer dedicated tours to suit the requirements of all travellers designed to evade the times when there are big crowds at the major waterfalls and lunch spots in the park.
The tours aim to provide you with an excellent experience where you can immerse in the tranquillity and the wonders of nature Litchfield has to offer whilst relaxing under the waterfalls and basking in nature’s oasis while swimming in clear, freshwater pools.
Litchfield National Park is a must-see if you’re in the top end. Its area is approximately 1500 km2, located 100 km south-west of Darwin (about a 1 and a half hours drive).
A home to many of the northern territory’s greatest natural wonders, including clear, natural, spring-fed waterfalls tropical monsoon vine forests, Indigenous culture, bush food & medicine, and much of the top end’s abundant and diverse wildlife.
