Harbourside Social — Zero Proof Bar | Fort Largs Heritage Precinct, Taperoo SA
South Australia’s first permanent Zero Proof bar, Harbourside Social is a pioneering hospitality experience located within the historic Fort Largs Heritage Precinct on the shores of Gulf St Vincent, Taperoo.

Founded by Captain Nikki Sparkles and officially launched in November 2025 by Mayor Claire Boan, Harbourside Social is redefining what it means to celebrate — without alcohol. The bar champions a curated selection of premium Zero Proof beverages including nootropic and adaptogen blends, collagen-rich beauty drinks, alcohol-free sparkling wines, and craft Zero Proof spirits — all chosen for their quality, complexity, and sensory experience.

This is not a compromise. It is a movement.
Set against the backdrop of one of South Australia’s most significant heritage sites — a coastal fortification built in 1885 — Harbourside Social offers a uniquely immersive social experience where every guest belongs, regardless of their relationship with alcohol. The bar is inclusive by design, built on the belief that community, connection, and celebration should be available to everyone.
Whether you’re sober curious, alcohol-free, or simply looking for something extraordinary to drink, Harbourside Social invites you to ask: What do you drink when you’re not drinking?
