Built in 1908, this Edwardian heritage-listed building has long been a meeting place in Hepburn Springs. It features magnificent stained-glass windows, a beautiful tiled floor and vaulted ceiling which combine to create a unique and welcoming environment for those visiting the Mineral Springs Reserve.
Brunch is available every day and the menu offers delicious Dr Mary’s crumpets with whipped ricotta, poached pears and blueberries drizzled with Castlemaine Honey, the Pavilion Breakfast with Istra kaiserfleisch, braised beans, kale, dried tomatoes, garlic mushrooms, poached eggs and toasted baguette, a fresh Wellness Bowl, Bircher Bowl or a Bacon and Egg Bagel.
The new lunch menu available every day, offers a Chicken schnitzel with salad of avocado, broccoli and celery, parmesan cheese and soft herbs, a Seafood Pasta, Pavilion Calamari, Cheese Burger or Daily Salad selection.
