Jacaranda Guest House was built in the late 1920s and was first established as a tea house in the 1940s by a local fisherman. It became the first guest house in Busselton in 1961. Jacaranda Guest House is centrally located in the town of Busselton.

Only a short walk to the Town Centre, beach and the famous Busselton Jetty. The guest house is nestled amongst English style gardens, has plenty of outdoor seating and barbecue facilities for customers to use.

Featuring seven guest rooms (two twin; two queen; and three triple) all with en suites, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans and electric blankets. One twin bedroom has access for disabled guests.

All rooms have free WiFi. Some of the guest rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. The guest house has a lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, television, Foxtel, DVDs, games and books for customers to use .

A continental breakfast is provided for guests.
