Fly from Darwin south to the Katherine Gorges for a scenic flight by plane and a helicopter scenic flight through the gorges. Then fly out to Kakadu National Park and the upper Alligator River, where vast wetlands stretch out across the vast and rugged northern landscape, carved out over millions of years by the infamous wet season. During the wet also fly over the magnificent Jim-Jim and Twin Falls. Complete the experience with a yellow waters cultural cruise, before returning to Darwin.

Kookaburra Air Tours

Kookaburra Air is a Western Australian family owned business originating out of Alliance Air, formed in 1990 and primarily involved with hire of aircraft to charter operators and flying schools.

Kookaburra was formed in 1996 to service WA as an air charter business – focusing primarily on developing air tours and scenic flights for the WA tourism industry.

In 2013, the company opened a base in Darwin to further service the Air Charter and Scenic tour market in the Northern Territory for destinations such as Kakadu and Katherine.

All pilots are friendly, service oriented, and have local knowledge on the areas of interest. They are flexible enough to meet the requirements of passengers while commanding a safe and professional flight.
