Kirazz Esplanade at 21 Esplanade, Kingscote, Kangaroo Island is a three bedroom fully self-contained house. It is situated on a seafront cliff top, overlooking Kingscote’s boat harbour with uninterrupted views of Back Stairs Passage and beyond.

The house sleeps up to seven people. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has one queen bed and the third has one double with one bunk bed above. Cot is available by request. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the bathroom has a separate shower and bath. There is a separate toilet. The laundry has a washer and dryer. The newly renovated kitchen is fully outfitted. The house has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and heating, fan, slow combustion wood heater and portable heaters and coolers. There is an undercover outside BBQ and entertainment area in the back and a patio with spectacular views in the front. The back garden has fruit trees that you are welcome to pick in season. Free offroad, on-site parking for cars and boat.

Kirazz Esplanade is an easy walk to Kingscote’s wharf, beach ,town centre attractions, pubs, cafes, art galleries, cliff walk, supermarket, boardwalk, local shops, and centrally located for Island touring
