Discover the wild beauty of the NSW Far South Coast on Light to Light Walk, a spectacular 32km hike on Yuin Country. The track traces the coastline between the historic Boyds Tower and Green Cape Lighthouse in Beowa National Park.
Over 3 days and 2 nights, you’ll explore an ever-changing landscape — from windswept heathlands and eucalypt forests to sheltered coves where striking red rock platforms rise above sapphire waters. Along the way, countless seafront vantage points offer sweeping ocean views and the chance to spot seals, seabirds and migrating whales between September and November.
Renowned as one of the best walks on the Far South Coast, the trail can be experienced as a self-guided walk or a guided experience, with overnight stays at campsites along the route. For those seeking a shorter adventure, smaller sections of the track can also be enjoyed as day walks. Alongside its breathtaking scenery, highlights include discovering the southernmost lighthouse in NSW and experiencing some of Australia’s best whale watching.
Light to Light Walk is one of the NSW Great Walks – a series of multi-day hikes that highlight some of the state’s most spectacular and diverse natural landscapes.
