The Tree House in Eden offers a coastal holiday surrounded by nature.
The three-bedroom home is set on a large block surrounded by bushland, which is home to an abundance of birds and wildlife. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers peaceful serenity away from all the hustle and bustle.
A short walk down to Cattle Bay for a swim or fishing or a stroll into town to enjoy the local café and fresh seafood will fill your days with activities.
The open plan, split-level lounge, kitchen and dining area is large, and bright, and has a large flat-screen television, a wood heater, and beautiful views out onto the elevated deck. There is also an additional entertaining area downstairs which opens out onto the barbecue area and fenced backyard.
There are beach views from the veranda of this three-bedroom house. The main bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has one single bed.
In addition, there is ample off-street boat and car parking.
