Set amongst the sprawling vineyards of Riverland region of South Australia is a winery that was born from the romantic hearts of Peter and Eleni Markeas. The family owned and run Mallee Estate, boasts accolades such as Riverland Winery of the Year at the New York International Wine Competition five years consecutively, and showcases estate grown and made wines.
Stop in for a tasting or a guided winery tour where you will follow the winemaking process from the vineyard to the bottle. Hosted by passionate second-generation winemaker Jim Markeas, this detailed tour even includes a trip to the top of the tanks where you will be treated the stunning view and have the opportunity to take some beautiful pictures.
Make a day of your visit and stay for lunch or dinner at the onsite restaurant Eleni’s, where you can indulge in the best authentic Greek cuisine. Made lovingly from Eleni’s family recipes passed down from generation to generation. The amazing food is the ideal accompaniment to the impressive award-winning wine list.

- At least one wheelchair accessible parking space with wheelchair accessible signage clearly displayed (International standards are 3200mm wide x 2500 mm high).
