The Margaret River Ultra Marathon provides an incredible journey through the forests, trails, beaches and bluffs on the beautiful Cape to Cape coastline in Southwest Western Australia.
Run past famous surf breaks, iconic wineries and charismatic coastal villages in a journey that is as magical as the Margaret River region is beautiful.
The 80-kilometre ultra course starts on the white sands at Hamelin Bay in the south and runs up the coast to finish at the iconic Howard Park winery at Wilyabrup. It also includes a 42-kilometre Trail Marathon starting at Yallingup in the north and running south to the same epic finish line on Sunday.
The electric race atmosphere and camaraderie on the course are multiplied twice over at the Howard Park finish line as runners celebrate their accomplishments to the tunes of live music, food, wine, beer and gratitude.
