Flight 1 – Three Islands & Metung
Experience a new sense of wonderment during this 12 minute Scenic Flight past the three islands west of the Entrance towards Metung. Be left in awe as you gaze at the stunning network of waterways, the pristine sands of Ninety Mile beach that stretch as far as the eye can see and the iconic manmade Entrance. Buckle in to be hypnotised by the unparalleled beauty of the Gippsland Lakes from above.
Flight 2 – Lakes Entrance
Marvel at the blue and green dreamscape of Lakes Entrance from above during this 12 minute Scenic Flight. As you soar over the Entrance and along the golden sand stretch of Ninety Mile beach, gaze at the beautiful network of sparkling waterways before reaching the pristine Lake Tyers Beach. Buckle in to be hypnotised by the unparalleled beauty of the Gippsland Lakes from above.
Flight 3 – The Silt Jetties
Take to the skies and be captivated by the unrivalled beauty of Gippsland Lakes during this 20 minute Scenic Flight. Gippsland Lakes have a unique character, defined by the presence of the Mitchell River Silt Jetties at Eagle Point. These naturally formed silt banks run for over six kilometres, making them one of the longest in the world. Fly past the popular holiday spot of Paynesville and over Raymond Island. Continue coastal past the Barrier Landing, another popular holiday spot, before flying over the Entrance and back to the airfield.
Flight 4 – The Silt Jetties and Ninety Mile Beach
Prepare to be dazzled during this half hour flight over the stunning Gippsland Lakes. Take in the dramatic winding waterways, including Metung, the magnificent Silt Jetties and the popular holiday spot of Paynesville and Raymond Island. Fly coastal along the golden stretch of Ninety Mile Beach passing Ocean Grange, the Barrier Landing and the iconic manmade Entrance before turning inland back towards to the airfield.
Flight 5 – The Complete Package
Observe all the superb scenic attractions that make up Gippsland Lakes during this jam-packed 45 minute flight. Renowned for its impressive network of waterways and pristine beaches, you’ll see it all including Metung, the magnificent Silt Jetties, Paynesville, Raymond Island and the Lakes National Park. Fly coastal along the endless Ninety Mile Beach passing Ocean Grange, the Barrier Landing and the iconic manmade Entrance. Continue onto Red Bluff and Lake Tyers before turning inland and heading back to the airfield.
