Nesuto Woolloomooloo Apartment Hotel offers comfortable, well-appointed studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The apartment complex is located on the edge of the Sydney central business district and within easy walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Sydney central business district and within seconds of the historic Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf and Garden Island.
Nesuto Woolloomooloo offers a variety of fully self-contained apartments which are almost double the size of a standard hotel. Each apartment features kitchenette facilities, some with internal laundry facilities, WiFi internet access and Foxtel Television channels.
Nesuto Woolloomooloo offers a guest laundry and secure undercover parking (charges apply). A children’s playground is located at the end of the building and a fully equipped gymnasium is located directly opposite (charges apply).

Studio Apartment
The spacious open plan Studio Apartments all vary in design, layout and bedding configuration, sleep up to four persons and are approximately 55 square metres. The bedding configurations options are; two queen beds or one king bed and two single beds; you may request your preferred bedding at the time of booking.
Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed, however they will do their best to provide your request, subject to availability.
All apartments are fully self-contained and have kitchenettes with stove top and microwave, combined lounge and dining areas with LCD television with free to air and Foxtel channels, WiFi access, and en suite bathroom.
Some apartments offer internal laundry facilities, alternatively a coin operated guest laundry is located within the building.
One Bedroom Family Apartment
One Bedroom Family Apartments all vary in design, sleep up to five persons and are approximately 55 square metres. All apartments consist of a main bedroom with king or queen bed and two single beds with a sofa bed in the living area.
All apartments are fully self-contained and have full kitchens with stove top, dishwasher and microwave, combined lounge and dining areas with LCD television with free to air and Foxtel channels, WiFi access, and en suite bathroom with washing machine and clothes dryer.
There is no option for a balcony or city views in this apartment style.
Two Bedroom Apartment
Feel right at home in the spacious Two Bedroom, two Bathroom Apartments which are fully self-contained and feature a full length balcony offering spectacular panoramic views of the city scape of Sydney’s central business district, Sydney Tower and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.
The Two Bedroom Apartment are approximately 125 square metres and can accommodate up to six people with a King Bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area.
This apartment is an older style with kitchen including stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher with a dining area to accommodate up to eight persons.
The apartment also features a separate lounge area, LCD television with free to air and Foxtel channels, WiFi access, two separate bathrooms each with walk-in shower and laundry facilities including washing machine and clothes dryer.
