The cottage was built in 1850 by the cornish miners and is situated 2kms south of Mintaro in peaceful Rural settings.
Peppertree Cottage makes a perfect base for discovering the beautiful Clare Valley where you will find many wineries, restaurants and only 30mins drive to Burra to explore the towns mining history.
Martindale Hall, Magpie and Stump(a fantastic country pub) are all home to the heritage listed township of Mintaro.
