This lovely two-bedroom villa has been renovated with quality and style. It is tucked away at the rear of a small, quiet, beautifully maintained complex of two-story townhouses.
But, it’s an easy walk to some of Hobart’s top restaurants and shopping at Salamanca, Battery Point, CBD, and of course, Sandy Bay plus just 200 metres to the beach for an early morning dip or bracing walk depending on the season.
