Ramada Suites Zen Quarter offers spacious, fully self-contained hotel-style apartments, all have water and/or city views along with large balconies.
Guests receive free high speed wifi internet, complimentary parking and the Foxtel IQ technology so you can enjoy hundreds of on demand movies and channels of your choice.
Located just 550 metres from the Smith Street mall in the Darwin central business district the hotel is easily accessible to the city centre, Darwin nightlife, waterfront, shops and restaurants. Facilities include onsite air-conditioned gym, licensed café, elevators and a 28 metre saltwater infinity pool, overlooking the Darwin Harbour.

Executive Apartment City View
Executive City Mindil rooms are the best rooms for enjoying the famous Darwin Sunsets over Mindil Beach. With a north westerly aspect, you will enjoy cool breezes and the setting sun. The rooms are 40sqm inside with a separate living area and a 12sqm furnished balcony. Every apartment at Zen contains a full-sized kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, crockery & utensils. After a long day of travel or work, enjoy the ability to wash your clothes in the comfort of your own room. All guests at Zen receive complimentary hi-speed NBN WiFi accessible in your room or the cafe.
Executive Harbour View Apartment
The Executive Harbour View apartments are the same layout as the City view, but with a better view. They overlook both the swimming pool and Frances Bay. From these rooms you can enjoy the sunrise and the view of the boats and mangroves. The rooms are 40sqm inside with a separate living area and a 12sqm furnished balcony. Every apartment at Zen contains a full-sized kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, crockery & utensils. Superior Twin Room
Our Twin rooms contain one 2 single beds and one Queen sized bed in a separate room. They are 56sqm inside with a 12sqm furnished balcony. The rooms have one bathroom and a full kitchen with washing machine
Two Bedroom Family Apartment
Large two bedroom apartment suitable for up to 6 persons. 84sqm of space with two bathrooms, twin beds, 1 Queen bed and 1 day bed. Relax in the separate lounge area, cook up a storm in the full sized kitchen or take in the views from your large furnished balcony.
Family Size Apartments
If you have a large number of singles or family travelling together then the family suite is ideal. It has two bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with 2 single beds. In the living room is a day bed and lounge. An additional rollaway can be requested.
Deluxe Junior Suite
These spacious apartments are 64 sq metres with a separate lounge, bathroom, bedroom and furnished balcony. The Deluxe apartments view either the city and harbour or Frances Bay and the swimming pool. These rooms are the best for extended stays.
