Surf and Sun specialises in Learn to Surf Lessons, Surf Camps, Surf Hire, Surf Day Tours and more at Middleton, Moana and other great South Australian locations.
Surf & Sun also operate “Off the Bluff” abseiling experiences.
They have a team of male and female accredited surf coaches including state surfing champions plus many state representatives that compete at a National Level.

Two Hour Group Surf Lesson
Surf and Sun offer a range of learn to surf options. We offer two-hour lessons at Middleton and Moana Beach all year round. Beginners, all ages and stages, corporate groups, schools and families welcome. All you need to bring is your swimmers and a towel. Bookings are essential.
Family Pack- Two Hour Family Surf Lesson
The family pack consists of a two-hour surf lesson at Middleton or Moana Beach. There will be two adults and two children to one instructor.
Learn to Surf Private Lesson
Surf and Sun offer private lessons at either Middleton or Moana and other selected South Australian beaches as required. In our learn to surf private lessons you can either bring your own board or use one of our boards.
Private lessons are great for people just starting out that need a little one on one instruction, people that want to take their surfing a little bit further or people that need help with a particular aspect of their surfing.
