Experience the thrill of tandem hang gliding from world-famous Bald Hill in Stanwell Park and Hill 60 in Wollongong. On the hill, your instructor will assist with paperwork, a briefing and harness check. Take off is a few easy steps, then the exhilaration of soaring with a birds-eye view of Grand Pacific Drive.
HangglideOz is a family owned business operating since 1987. Tony Armstrong, Chief Flying Instructor, ex Australian Freestyle Champion, is Australia’s most experienced instructor, with over 40 years experience.
HangglideOz is a full time school with five fully accredited and experienced instructors, offering the longest flights and operating from two sites. Professional high definition images included free and videos are available.

Tandem Hangglide at Stanwell Park
Bald Hill is located just one hour south of Sydney. HangglideOz are able to utilise this site when the winds are from the south/southeast. The site is about 500 feet above the sea level, providing spectacular views of the ocean and the escarpment.
On the hill your instructor will assist you through paperwork, a briefing and a harness check. Take off with a few easy steps and once in the air your legs are securely placed in the harness so that your body is entirely enclosed.
The flight will last for approximately 30 minutes, during which time you will learn how easy it is to fly, and enjoy the exhilaration of soaring with a birds eye view of the ocean and the Royal National Park.

HangglideOz offers the thrill of tandem hang gliding from Hill 60 in Wollongong.
On the hill your instructor will assist you through paperwork, a briefing, and a harness check. Take off is a few easy steps then enjoy the exhilaration of soaring with a magnificent birdseye view of Grand Pacific Drive during your 30 minute trial introductory flight.
