Welcome to Stone River Villas — Villa 1, a striking architectural retreat in the heart of Margaret River — the perfect base for couples, families, or friends seeking modern style, privacy, and comfort in one of the South West’s most celebrated regions.
Set behind a distinctive stone façade, this beautifully designed two-storey villa blends light-filled interiors with generous outdoor living. Spend lazy afternoons by your private heated plunge pool, fire up the BBQ for an alfresco dinner, or unwind beside the wood fire after a day exploring the region.
The open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable lounge seating, Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and all cooking essentials, with dining seating for six.
Sleeping up to six guests, the villa features a king bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom — all upstairs with ceiling fans. Two and a half bathrooms, a full laundry, fresh linen, and 24/7 hot water ensure a comfortable stay throughout.
