Windmill Cottage is located in a tranquil setting on 40 acres with spectacular views to over 100 kilometres of the Yorke Peninsula, Blyth plains and north-east to the Spalding hills. It is five kilometres west of Clare, the road winding through rolling hills, blue gum woodland and the vineyards of Armagh.
The property is planted with over 2000 species of Australian plants beside five acres of mature Blue Gum woodland. A hardiplank structure with timber verandahs and decking at the front and rear.
This self contained property is stylishly appointed with country style furnishings, original paintings and prints, slate floor in the kitchen/dining room area. An excellent property for bird watching, grand views and those interested in Australian plants.
