Knappstein Wines’ blending experience lets you be a winemaker for the day with an interactive experience hosted by their winemaking and cellar door team.
Offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays, this wine blending session is a hands-on experience taking you through the art of winemaking before being unleashed to create your own master red wine blend. Weekend sessions will be available on request.
The experience includes a welcome drink on arrival, a 45-minute interactive winemaking class, and a private tasting of the Knappstein range at their cellar door.
Held in the original Enterprise Brewery building circa 1878 you will learn about the history of their heritage-listed property and how it was transformed from a working brewery to a winery. You will then be guided through the process of wine blending, get tasting tips from their team and learn about what makes this region so unique.
