Blacktown City Libraries is made up of five branches that spread across the Blacktown LGA in western Sydney. They have locations in Blacktown, Stanhope Gardens, Riverstone, Lalor Park and Mount Druitt.

All locations offer free wifi, photocopying facilities, free children’s activities including Baby Rhyme Time, computers for use and of course, books. Justice of the Peace services are available at some branches.
