Begin your night with fireside snacks and a glass of sparkling on the deck, overlooking the tranquil kanamaluka/Tamar River as the winter light fades. Then, settle in for a beautifully curated three-course dining experience by Food Director Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker, thoughtfully paired with wines from across Northern Tasmania.
