On a live aboard holiday, you are welcomed into John and Lynne’s floating home with the same enthusiasm as they would welcome friends. They have introduced a “Special Budget Package”: a discount of AUD40.00 per person per day off the full service prices (where you literally enjoy ‘waiter service’ all day) in return for help with the washing up and general shipboard chores. NB. maximum $240 per day with private charters. This Budget Package still incorporates all chef prepared gourmet meals but the discount is only available when you relieve Lynne and John of all ‘after meal’ activities. This is just like fully participating in general shipboard life and allows anyone taking advantage of the discount to participate as crew.

See the very best of the Whitsunday’s in luxury, style and comfort on a 7 day / 6 night adventure on a 60 ft stable and spacious luxury sailing yacht from Hamilton Island Marina . Guests can book a cabin and join other like minded guests or privately charter. Visit the outer reef (weather permitting) the famous Whitehaven Beach, fabulous snorkeling locations, and wonderful island walks . If tidal conditions are right, join guests on an intriguing and fascinating reef walk guided by your personal guide with over 40 years of reef walking experience . Cruise around calm bays in one of the yachts’ kayaks, laze on deck with cocktail in hand, or hoist the sails and peacefully sail to the next location. Stand on the bow of the yacht watching dolphins swim happily as we sail or watch for a humpback whale leaping out of the ocean…what an amazing and unforgettable sight to see!
If guests are happy to do all the washing up, they are rewarded with a discount of $40 per day , remembering that their fellow guests might not take the option ….. so more washing up to do!!

Expedition voyages for discerning explorers departing from Hamilton Island. Learn about the Great Barrier Reef ecology from friendly owners, Lynne and John Boyce, who for over 30 years’ have welcomed guests and personally introduced them to this water wonderland. Luxury Yachting is a High Standard Tourism Operator (GBRMPA) and EcoTourism Australia qualified to ensure minimum human impact.

A glass bottomed dive tender with a deep ladder ensures ease of access to / from the water on snorkelling excursions. Each snorkelling expedition is personally led by Lynne who is a qualified Master Reef Guide. She will ensure your experience of the magical underwater world is complete by providing up to date information on the Reef, sharing stories of the World Heritage Area and explaining what you can do to make a difference.

Enjoy healthy gourmet meals and fine wines aboard Australia’s most awarded charter yacht, Sydney Sundancer, which is licensed to carry more than 50 day guests. With spacious decks and weighing 37 tons, she is not only luxurious but incredibly stable. Just imagine the comfort factor when individual cabin bookings are limited to a maximum of four guests, or 8 for private charter. Children are very welcome, but only for private charter.
