South Australian Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer will design a five course, individually plated degustation dinner to match Clare Valley wines from wineries without Cellar Doors.
This event gives the opportunity to small and hobby winemakers to present their wines.
To be held in the Watervale Hotel Beer Garden, under cover and with warmth from heaters and fire-pits, but warm clothing is recommended.
The wines will be available to buy on the night.
