Highlights

  • Savour the harmonious blend of Buttery Risotto and Alvarinho, enhancing your palate with rich flavours.
  • Experience the unique terroir of the Granite Belt, where cool climate and granite soils shape exceptional wines.
  • Delight in a focused tasting of four carefully curated pairings, allowing for intimate appreciation of each dish and wine.
  • Discover the story behind each glass, connecting you to the land and passion of local grape growers.

View Wine are really passionate about both wine and food, creating an experience that goes beyond just tasting—it’s about understanding how flavors complement one another.

Each pairing of a half-glass (75ml) serving of wine paired with a small food offering is a great way to savor both the wine and the dish without overwhelming their palates. It allows for a more intimate and focused experience, where the nuances of both can be appreciated. This experience includes 4 x pairings per person. Think Buttery Risotto with Alvarinho, Spiced vegetables with Gros Manseng, Meatballs with Merlot and a sweet treat with the Mistelle Manseng. (Menu subject to change)

The passion View Wine has for growing grapes on the Granite Belt in Queensland adds a unique and local touch to the wine and food experience. The Granite Belt, with its cool climate and high-altitude vineyards, is known for producing exceptional wines, particularly the locally coined ‘ Strangebird ‘ or alternative varieties like Alvarinho and Gros Manseng. The region’s granite-based soils give the grapes distinctive characteristics that shine through in each bottle.

This experience tells the story of the land where the grapes are grown, offering a truly immersive experience from vineyard to table.
