Callington Mill Distillery is proud to partner with Corowa Distilling Co. for an evening celebrating Australian whisky and the people behind it.

Bringing together two of Australia’s most exciting whisky producers, each proudly based in small regional towns with big character. Corowa, on the banks of the Murray River in NSW, and Oatlands, in the heart of Tasmania’s Southern Midlands, both share a rich sense of history and local pride. Connect with the distillers and hear the stories behind each expression, from the old flour mill in Corowa to the cutting-edge facility in Oatlands.

Enjoy a hosted whisky tasting featuring three expressions from each distillery. The tasting will be guided by members of both the Corowa and Callington Mill teams, offering insight into their craft, process, and signature styles. Sit down to a locally inspired three course menu designed to pair beautifully with the tasting flight.
