Welcome to Trastevere Farmhouse, a solar-passive, rammed-earth retreat set on a peaceful 100-acre working farm in the heart of the Wilyabrup wine region. Blending rustic charm with modern comfort, this inviting escape offers a genuine farm-stay experience surrounded by native bushland, just moments from world-class wineries and restaurants.
Take a short stroll to Vasse Felix for a long lunch or spend your days exploring scenic vineyards, nearby beaches, and Margaret River’s charming town centre. As evening falls, relax beneath the wide-open sky and soak up the serenity of country life.
Inside, the open-plan living area features a cosy wood fireplace, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and dining for 8–10 guests. The fully equipped farmhouse kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, and all essentials. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home offers five comfortable bedrooms — three with queen or king beds (one with a cot) and two with single beds — plus two bathrooms and a laundry.
Outdoors, enjoy alfresco dining with a gas BBQ and plenty of open space for the kids to play. Please supervise children near the year-round creek and note the spiral staircase to the loft. As Trastevere is a working farm, kindly leave all gates as you find them.
