Claymore Wines’ Cellar Door tasting room is conveniently located at the gateway of the Clare Valley in Leasingham, only a short distance from the regional center of Clare. The tasting room team share a passion for the beautiful wine region and the fun side of wine and enjoy guiding visitors through the Claymore Wines’ tasting experience.

Tastings of their core range are complimentary, including some of their Cellar Door exclusives and artisan release wines. Starting with the Joshua Tree (Riesling), experience the Dark Side of the Moon (Shiraz), then slide into a Bittersweet Symphony (Cabernet Sauvignon).

Enjoy the sunshine on the deck with a glass of wine and grazing platter showcasing South Australian cheeses, cured meats, and local produce. You can also stock up and support local artisans with Clare Valley produce, artwork, and homewares.

NEW in 2025, Claymore welcomes local pop-up Gladrags & More by Gert to the Cellar Door offering high quality true vintage and preloved clothing as well as vintage decor and more. ‘Wear what makes you happy’ is their motto and Claymore agrees that you should drink what makes you happy too!

Claymore Wines is family-friendly and your four-legged fur babies are welcome to join as well (on lead). Everyone is welcome in their bright, modern tasting room with bookings only required for groups of 10 or more people.
